Great Migration River Crossing and Wild Dogs
Join Gustafson Photo Safari for a very special, one time only adventure that will include the Great Migration River Crossings and a visit to arid, remote Ruaha National Park. Traveling north through the Serengeti gives us opportunities to see and photograph elephants, giraffes, zebras, impala, and especially leopards.
The dry season offers unparalleled sunrises and sunsets!
We stay in the Northern Serengeti for 6 nights to give us the best chances to see the River Crossings. Our camp is 10 minutes from the river allowing us to be in the right place at the right time. The North Serengeti offers so many wildlife species! Leopards, lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and more live their life stories all around us.
Next up is Ruaha National Park. The Great Ruaha River is the life source for unique antelope species including sable antelope, greater and lesser kudu, roan antelope, and eland! Lions, Leopard, Cheetah, and serval cat are also on our list! But the main event will be the search for wild dogs.
